SECTION 3 – ORDERS, RETURNS & CHARGEBACKS

All sales are final. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product details, including sizing information, carefully before purchasing.

In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery at yesterdaystomorrowhelp@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for issues covered under this policy. We provide proof of purchase, order fulfillment, and delivery confirmation for all transactions. Any disputes or chargebacks filed in contradiction of these Terms will be actively contested with your payment provider.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS & PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, the transaction is considered complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or manufacturing timelines are outside our control.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
